The SEA project (Social Entrepreneurship Academy equips adult educators with social entrepreneurship knowledge and helps them teach it to adult migrants.
Objectives: To provide adult educators with tools to enhance their social entrepreneurship knowledge and teach it to adult migrants, improve labor market relevance of learning and qualifications, and improve high-quality social entrepreneurship learning opportunities for educators.
Implementation: The Social Entrepreneurship Academy project consists of workshops/exchange meetings and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer and training workshops, using the local language, Arabic, and English.
Results: Expected results include improved job opportunities and financial empowerment for adult migrants, raising awareness of democratic and participatory measures, and benefiting society as a whole.
