The STAGE project aims to promote social inclusion for migrants and their families in their host countries. This is achieved through three key components: a web app for migrants, a dynamic map featuring migration stories and routes, and a capacity-building program for staff working with migrants. STAGE is designed to empower migrants of all backgrounds, including refugees, asylum seekers, TCN, and those under subsidiary protection, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, and sexual orientation. The project aims to offer a 30-hour training program, available in English, Greek, French, Italian, and German. The training program includes topics such as intercultural communication, legal and social support services, and job search strategies. Additionally, the project seeks to foster a sense of community among migrants and locals by encouraging collaboration and mutual support.
